Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason. As a goodwill gesture we extend this to 30 days for non-custom items.

You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us, in the same condition and packaging as received. Return postage is your responsibility. We strongly recommend tracked and insured return postage and advise you to retain all records in case of damage claims with your courier.

We photograph and record each artwork immediately before dispatch. The buyer is responsible for the item until it is safely received and signed for by us. If an item is returned damaged, missing parts, or significantly altered from its original condition, the refund may be reduced to reflect any loss in value, in accordance with UK consumer law.

A full refund will be issued once the artwork is returned, inspected, and confirmed undamaged. As all works are unique original paintings and cannot be replaced, we will also issue a full refund in the event of damage caused during outbound transit. All outbound shipping includes insurance up to the full value of the artwork. Return insurance is the buyer's responsibility.

Custom-framed or personalised artworks are non-returnable.
